The model is redistributed as bicolor-cat-rigged.glb. Its authored quadruped
mesh, fur textures, whiskers, 40-bone skin, and embedded animation are retained.
For browser delivery the project resizes the albedo and normal textures to
512px WebP, removes redundant data, and applies KHR_mesh_quantization with
glTF-Transform. Runtime breed tinting preserves the authored texture detail;
the behavior state machine adds joint-level gait motion to the authored rig.

No endorsement by the original author is implied.

Coconut Island delivery derivative: harbor-cat.glb bakes the first authored pose,
removes unused animation and zero-weight expression streams, and retains the
original meshes, 40-bone skin, albedo and normal textures. Runtime deck patrol
and joint-level walking are project modifications.
